Nissan Skyline RB25 RB26 5th - Rev Gear Shift Sleeve - Late Model 97 Onwards
This is made to replace the shift sleeve found in Transmission's from 1997 onwards.
1x Shift Sleeve suit 5th & Reverse Gear
This is a must have if you are rebuilding your Nissan Skyline Transmission and want to have quick reliable shifts as the factory unit will be worn out and damaged.
We also strongly suggest this with our Gearset Package to allow high speed shifting as the Synchro Cone in Reverse which control's 5th Gear is slightly larger, thus allowing it to slow down the 5th Gear when engaging allot easier, allowing for more RPM headroom without crunching and allows easier Shifts into 5th Gear.
This sleeve will ONLY work with the matching Synchro, Reverse Gear & 3x Shifting Inserts found in the transmissions built in year 97 onwards.
These other additional parts are available from Nissan if you want to make the upgrade to your pre 97 transmission.
The factory sleeves are generally worn out since they are over 20+ years old now, please do yourself a favor and freshen up your transmission!
