What's the advantage of using the GKTech gaskets?Our gaskets are a high-quality multilayer steel as oppose to the flimsy single layer ones on the market. These 7 layer stainless steel gaskets compress however retain their strength. Graphite gaskets as fitted on the S13 and S14’s from the factory are prone to blowouts whereas the 7 layer like fitted to the S15’s are much more reliable and are also reusable.What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?No modifications are required, simply just remove and refit.
Is there anything else needed for installation?No, the gasket will also arrive as shown in the product photo.Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?Yes, provided you have general mechanical knowledge it is pretty straightforward. Installation should take around 1 hour.
Have you tested these gaskets under extreme conditions? Ie. Race, drift etc?Yes, we sure have. A number of drift cars using these gaskets competed in ADGP with no issues under the extreme pressure.
