Nissan's mighty FJ20 was one of the titans of the early days of the EFI and Turbo Sport Compact movement in Australia. With major success in Rallying and Touring Car Racing, the FJ soon found it's way into numerous street and drag car conversions throughout the 1990's. With the latest improvements in Turbo and ECU technology, the FJ20 is still a force to be reckoned with.

These inlet manifolds were designed utilizing over 25 years experience at the forefront of turbo racing, and was designed around an FJ20 engine conversion in a small engine bay car such as a Datsun or a Corolla. As these engine bays are quite tight, the Plazmaman FJ20 Inlet has adjustable runners. We can simply shorten, or lengthen the runners to suit your conversion or needs. We highly recommend the use of our Billet 66mm or 72mm throttle body for street/strip/drift applications, or for high end race vehicles, the 85mm is recommended.
When designing this manifold, we took all areas of design into account - which includes ram tube length, taper and inlet volume.
All Plazmaman inlet manifolds and products are precision TIG welded by experts in house at our Sydney Facility. Through our ability of manufacturing in house we are able to guarantee these inlets with a life time workmanship warranty. These are rated to 800 psi at any RPM level you choose. Plazmaman inlet manifolds utilize some of the most advanced manufacturing techniques. Multi axis HAAS CNC machines ensure that all the one piece billet bases have tolerances to within .005. The inlet manifold dome utilizes a hard temper 3mm sheet alloy surface that has been made to shape in house utilizing advanced forming techniques.
These manifolds can be supplied in 3 finishes, Raw, Polished, or powercoated Black, for the stealth look.
As with all Plazmaman inlet manifolds, these are packed with many features such as:
- Built-In Ram Tubes
- 6061 T65 Aluminium.
- 4 or 8 Injector options - Supplied with a fuel rail.
- O-ring port seal design.
- Precision CNC machined billet base, with hand made 3mm smooth design plenum dome.
- Professionally TIG welded in house by our highly experienced fabricators.
