One significant issue involves the cracking or breaking of teeth on the Input Shaft Gear due to crowding, resulting in thin and closely spaced teeth.
Key enhancements include:
- Reinforcing the teeth on both the Input Shaft and Counter Shaft gears.
Included with these improvements is the synchronizer dog engagement ring, ensuring a comprehensive upgrade without the need to reuse any old components.
